What, exactly, is this thing called ‘Winning The Weight Game’?

So you want to do something about your weight...

The Weight Game is an individualized program, in a one-on-one relationship, where you will learn to reframe the way you think about releasing your unwanted pounds. This is an empowering approach that will restore your confidence in your ability to achieve realistic weight release goals. You will learn about lifestyle changes that fit with your likes and dislikes so you can fully accept them. This program is about having fun, developing confidence in your power to make a difference in the shape of your body.

Winning The Weight Game, is a process where you will learn to give yourself the Power to connect your Mind and Body in order to release the Weight.

In the first phase you will encounter the challenge of turning on your green light, indicating you are at the starting line; you want to do something, you have desires, you have INTENT!
The challenge is to elicit 100% agreement from all parts of you, conscious and unconscious, saying YES!

Next we will take your committed Intention and adjust a FOCUS so you will have a clear understanding of where you want your attention to go
and your energy to flow.

Creating a PLAN, putting your goals in realistic terms.
Being specific about the behaviors you commit to perform, building a powerful schedule.

You are ready to take ACTION! You will integrate and implement your daily life, thoughts and actions.

We will measure your PROGRESS so we will know if you are on the right path; and with your agreement, hold you accountable for the goals you’ve set.

FEEDBACK is essential to any plan. We will evaluate how you are doing with your plan, how it is fitting into your life, and the results you are getting. We will follow with FEEDFORWARD where we will refine your strategies based on the feedback.

This is for YOU!

Following these steps, you will reach your own, personal idea of SATISFACTION where you will see yourself achieving and maintaining your results.

So you want to do something about your weight . . .

Like most people; when you hear the word weight you probably think of your body’s image. What you may neglect to realize is that your Mind also carries weight with the lingering thoughts of . . .

I need to lose ___ (fill in the blank) __
I want to look ___ (fill in the blank) __

All of these statements and questions leave you with a heavy negative feeling that is often followed with the conflicting frustration of . . .

I don’t want to change my lifestyle.

Created with an understanding of human psychology, ‘Winning The Weight Game’ allows you to tackle your weight in a new way while applying your unique lifestyle (and all of the activities which are important to you).

The ‘Weight Game” is designed for you to have an enjoyable experience. We will start by releasing those negative thoughts that linger in your mind. This will allow you to enter the game with your entire self and you will feel a sense of balance as you see yourself releasing the weight. . . in body and mind.

Weight Loss Q & A: Why do diets fail?

• Simply diets are an attempt to say that everyone who wants to lose weight is the same.

• Promoters of this diet and that diet are doing mass advertising, attempting to appeal to the greatest numbers of heavy Americans.

Being overweight is a weighty issue receiving a great deal of media attention.

• An often neglected topic is why diet programs have mass appeal, and repeat
consumers even though the program failed them in the past.

• Most people do not want to change their behavior but they do want to
achieve different results.

• The diet industry seduces consumers with promises of a quick, effortless fix.

Are you a “repeat diet failure?”

• The reality is no one is a weight loss failure. It is in fact the one-size-fits-all packaging that is the problem, Not You!

What is the real problem?

• The weight loss industry’s idea of “success” is measured in profits or gains with the goal of creating your dependency on their services.

• Your definition of success is measured in losses.

• When it comes to The Diet Marketplace, there is unlimited competition to get your attention.

• Corporations employ mass marketing strategies to appeal to the greatest number of people, and their goal is SALES.

• The problem is: You are not one of the masses, You are a unique individual and you bring a unique history, lifestyle, fitness level, and body composition when you are asking for help.

• The answer is simple: You are an INDIVIDUAL who deserves to be treated like one.

This is Different: Winning the Weight Game

This approach is based on empowering the Individual to access internal resources that are both conscious and unconscious to elicit a fully committed response.

How can WINNING THE WEIGHT GAME be more effective than the recognized diet programs?

WINNING THE WEIGHT GAME goes to the source of your personal difficulties losing weight, and is individualized to address The Gremlins who interfere with you achieving your desired results.

• Utilizing strategies from Hypnosis and Neurolinguistic Programming, which are used by many successful athletes. This allows access to the unconscious parts of your mind which may have been sabotaging your efforts.

• Understanding what positive intentions this “part,” or “parts” of you may have in blocking your efforts.

• The “conscious” parts of you may be in conflict with each other e.g., One part wants to lose weight to feel more comfortable in jeans, and Another part may want to protect you from having your shape noticed by others.

• Sometimes the conflict is between conscious parts and unconscious parts (those outside of your awareness) - “I want to lose weight so I can have more clothing choices.” An unconscious part may be fearful of spending too much money on new clothes, or concerned flirting will receive a desired or undesired response.

• Changing limiting beliefs i.e., “Diets are too hard,” “Exercising works for others but not me;”“My days of being fit are over.”
